Software Architect.
AI product builder.
11 years in. The syntax changes. The artistry doesn't.
I’m Sheraz. I architect and ship full-stack, cloud-native, and AI-powered products at scale — from pre-seed startups to government systems. Currently building Chasyr (AI voice agents for invoice recovery) and advising the Punjab Government on AI in special-needs education.
Products I've built — or am still building.
From AI voice agents that close debt to NFT marketplaces serving 300+ concurrent transactions. A subset of what I've shipped.
AI voice-agent platform for Australian SMBs. Voice agents negotiate payment plans, smart SMS/email handles follow-up, end-to-end case workflow with Xero integration and ACCC-compliant escalation.
AI case-win probability checker against Australian construction-payment legal benchmarks; expert marketplace connecting contractors with adjudicators, lawyers, and witnesses.
Ingests your company's product context, analyses your LinkedIn network, and generates a Reach Score for each connection - so outreach teams prioritise highest-probability prospects.
End-to-end fleet management: job management, cost analysis, route optimisation, and workflow automation. Mapbox + PostGIS for routing.
Notes on building, faith, and the work.
Technical deep-dives, personal field notes, and reflections from a Muslim engineer in Lahore. Long-form, no listicles.
For teams stuck on infra, architecture, or "where do we even start with AI?"
You've got a product team that's confused about infra and architecture — or you know you should be adopting AI but don't know where to start. I've done this 25+ times. I'll come in, untangle it, and leave you with a team that knows how to ship.

What I'm teaching — and what I send to engineers I mentor.
Tutorials I've written, talks I've given, and the resource lists I'd hand a younger version of myself.
Building production voice agents that don't embarrass you
A walkthrough of the state machine, audio pipeline, and fallback design I use for Chasyr.
A pragmatist's guide to RAG (with code)
When RAG actually beats fine-tuning, when it doesn't, and how to tell which one you need.
AI-first PR review, codified
The exact prompts and CI workflows my team runs on every PR. Copy-paste, MIT licensed.
Next.js × Supabase × Stripe - a deployable starter
The boilerplate I clone for every new SaaS bet. Auth, billing, RLS, AI hooks pre-wired.
3,238 contributions, last 12 months.
That number isn't noise. It's deliberately integrating AI into every layer of how I write, review, and ship code.
A bit more on me.
Sheraz Ahmed. Solutions Architect, engineering leader, AI product builder. I've been shipping software for 11+ years — from CodeIgniter backends serving 100K OTT users at TV2U, to 25-project portfolios at InvoZone, to architecting AI voice agents for Australian SMBs at 9T5 / Sociabletech.
I was an early adopter of AI-assisted development and have spent the past two years embedding AI tools — voice agents, LLMs, RAG pipelines, autonomous outreach — into production products and engineering teams. Currently leading architecture for Chasyr and Adjudication.io, consulting the Punjab Government pro-bono on AI for special-needs education, and building Cadence solo on weekends.
My philosophy: good code is an art form — and with AI filling the knowledge gap, that's more true than ever. AI doesn't replace the engineer; it removes the knowledge ceiling. Craftsmanship matters more now, not less.
