Software Architect.
AI product builder.
11 years in. The syntax changes. The artistry doesn't.
I’m Sheraz. I architect and ship full-stack, cloud-native, and AI-powered products at scale — from pre-seed startups to government systems. Currently building Chasyr (AI voice agents for invoice recovery) and advising the Punjab Government on AI in special-needs education.
Products I've built — or am still building.
From AI voice agents that close debt to NFT marketplaces serving 300+ concurrent transactions. A subset of what I've shipped.
AI voice-agent platform for Australian SMBs. Voice agents negotiate payment plans, smart SMS/email handles follow-up, end-to-end case workflow with Xero integration and ACCC-compliant escalation.
Column is a public notice software platform. We provide automated tools and workflow solutions to help governments, law firms, and media businesses notify the public.
Notes on building, faith, and the work.
Technical deep-dives, personal field notes, and reflections from a Muslim engineer in Lahore. Long-form, no listicles.
For teams stuck on infra, architecture, or "where do we even start with AI?"
You've got a product team that's confused about infra and architecture — or you know you should be adopting AI but don't know where to start. I've done this 25+ times. I'll come in, untangle it, and leave you with a team that knows how to ship.

What I'm teaching — and what I send to engineers I mentor.
Tutorials I've written, talks I've given, and the resource lists I'd hand a younger version of myself.

That number isn't noise. It's deliberately integrating AI into every layer of how I write, review, and ship code.
A bit more on me.
Sheraz Ahmed. Solutions Architect, engineering leader, AI product builder. I've been shipping software for 11+ years — from CodeIgniter backends serving 100K OTT users at TV2U, to 25-project portfolios at InvoZone, to architecting AI voice agents for Australian SMBs at 9T5 / Sociabletech.
I was an early adopter of AI-assisted development and have spent the past two years embedding AI tools — voice agents, LLMs, RAG pipelines, autonomous outreach — into production products and engineering teams. Currently leading architecture for Chasyr and Adjudication.io, consulting the Punjab Government pro-bono on AI for special-needs education, and building Cadence solo on weekends.
My philosophy: good code is an art form — and with AI filling the knowledge gap, that's more true than ever. AI doesn't replace the engineer; it removes the knowledge ceiling. Craftsmanship matters more now, not less.
